What is the Greater Love?

Greater love has no one than this, that we take time out of our hectic schedules and busy lives for others.

Valentine’s afternoon, February 14th, the ladies from First Southern Baptist Church at Sahuaro Ranch expressed their love for the families at the Salvation Army shelter with an afternoon of sweet Gospel sharing, chocolates, and homemade cookies by baker, Michele Chester.

Margaret Warden, the facilitator, shared real love is God’s unconditional love with His deep desire to have a relationship with us personally. [Jonah, Aaron, Peter and Sarah as Biblical examples of God’s desire to restore and provide “second chances” for each of us.]

Kudos to the ladies- Peg Boyle, Michele Chester, Joanne Griffis, Maria Hueblin, Emily Hoggatt, Margaret Warden and Lori Wiggert, who showed the ‘greater love’ by taking time from their hectic Valentine’s schedule for the afternoon of caring for ‘the least of these by brethren’---- their love has caught fire as they are returning in May for another event at the Salvation Army shelter.
